Talent Development - Learning in Action
The Talent Development Program provides practical training on child caring and child development for the volunteer mothers, and the poor children who attend the state childcare centers in rural and urban communities in Ecuador.
Based on donations received, this program also provides the childcare centers with childcare materials and equipment to support their operation.
The volunteer can work in a particular childcare center, or have weekly rotations in several centers in the assigned community.
