The Program
The community is provided with dental and medical help guided by trained nurses and expert doctors. Patients are treated on-site 2-3 times a week at a very low cost. A psychologist is also available to deal with any family or personal problems within members of the community.

Description
This service allows residents of Miraflores to have a dental practice near their homes at a very low cost. Also carried out are prevention campaigns and care of oral diseases in children 6 to 13 years. This service operates on Saturdays from 8:00 to 16:00.

Family Medicine
Description
Miraflores families have at their disposal a family medical practice close to their homes. It targets the entire family, from infancy to old age. The program includes home visits by the doctor in case a patient cannot move due to illness or old age. The service operates Tuesday and Thursday from 8 to 12 am. Service is free and tests have a low cost.

Family Therapy
Description
In the community of Miraflores families have been identified to have problems such as alcoholism or other substance use, relationship problems, and domestic violence. With the help of an expert psychologist, the Foundation is tackling these problems through interventions and family talks.

Clean Heads
Description
The Martha Estrella Foundation offers "Clean Heads" service to elderly, disabled people and children. The beneficiaries can take a hot shower on a weekly basis. Older people with limited mobility or who live in areas of the community geographically isolated have free shuttle service through the foundation. Clean donated clothes are provided and free laundry service is offered.
